TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By agreeing to the terms and conditions or 'terms of service' you are acknowledging the following.

 

You acknowledge that the piece you have purchased is the one you knowingly selected and are willing to purchase and that the piece is in some cases printed and in other cases an original one of a kind piece of artwork depending on what's stated under the description of the piece.

You acknowledge that the artwork must be paid for (including shipping postage and handling if it's to be sent outside of New Zealand) before it will be sent to you the purchaser.

You acknowledge there must be sufficient evidence of damage to the piece for example photos, video, in person look before a refund is considered and that a refund as a result of damage to the piece by the seller or in the shipping of the piece will only apply if you make contact within 30 days since your purchase of the piece.
